Replacing T20 hsf with T22?

I see there is 2 different part numbers for the T22 hsf. Does it matter which one I get? Part#08k7268 and #26P9317. I have found the 26p9317 for a reasonable price and just need to know if this one will work before I order it. Thanks in advance

Unless I'm wrong (and I'm sure I will be corrected if I am) the basic difference is in cooling ability. They should have the same footprint and be interchangeable.
