It is under factory warranty until 2-13-2009.

This laptop looks great and performs as (better than, actually) new. It is about a year-and-a-half old but has seen very little use. I would rate it a 9+, cosmetically. The only real issues are the ubiquitous flaking off of the paint on the Microsoft sticker on the palmrest and a couple of small nicks (and some very small scratches) on the top cover.

You can see photos http://scm-computers.com/T43.html. I've got to say, the photos don't do it justice - it looks a lot better in person.

Asking $750 shipped anywhere in the CONUS. PayPal preferred, I'll pay the points.

The ThinkPad will be shipped in an original IBM T43 double box (not the one it came in, though) and the new owner will find a Logitech USB cordless mouse and a new ThinkPad logo'd neoprene sleeve in the box.

Are you including the original CPU with the purchase? Some parts of the warranty would be void if you're not...

These are fine machines, I've had them and liked them.
