X61T - Tablet button stop working

I bought a x61t (Vista Business) recently. I tried out the tablet mode and the screen rotation worked using the rotate screen button. I tried this a few days ago and this does not work any more. The screen won't rotate even when I turn the tablet around in tablet mode. :(

I called Lenovo and they told me to install the latest X3100 and Tablet Button drivers and let them know if this does not fix the problem. I checked and found the the X3100 display driver installed on my machine has the same version number and tablet button driver has a release date later than the manufature date of my machine.

Would like to find out anyone ever had this problem before and what was the solution.

Reinstall the drivers. I had the same problem and reinstalling the drivers helped me solve it.

Thanks for your reply. I am not ignoring you. I haven't check my email for the last 2 weeks.

I will install the new button driver and see how it goes.
