How much do Thinkpad 600s go for these days, ive got one and thinking about selling it. Its given me two years of happy service but now its time to upgrade. It runs programs smoothly, its a little slow on start up. I used it for word and internet,It ran internet nicely using wireless (Will not be including).
Specs:
Model # 2645-51U
IBM Thinkpad 600
P2, 266 mhz processor
3.6 gb HD
160 Mb ram
Running windows 2000 Prof.
Cosmetically i give it a 7 out of 10. theres a little crack that someone had glued before i bought it right next to the HD. There is also a little spot near the palm rest. Keys still look good but there is some wear. Screen looks great, still is as bright as when i bought it.

Honestly, not very much. Just a couple of months ago, I bought a 600x off of ebay with 500MHz CPU, 4.3GB hard drive, 128MB RAM, almost new battery, CD-ROM, and a wifi PCMCIA card for just over $50 plus shipping. A great deal, yes-but others here have bought similar configs for the same or in that range just under $100.
With your configuration, I would say around $50-60 max-but you never know as you might a bit more for it depending on the buyer. At this point, it may make more money by parting it out. Good luck with your sale.

I lost count...

Sold a ThinkPad 600 for about $70 earlier this year.

The pretty low and still falling values of the T2x systems have pretty much killed the 600's resale value unless you have a really nice system to offer up.
