looking for a BAD t4x motherboard (GPU / or other issues)

I have a T40 with a 4 beep security chip error. I need to make sure that if I replace the board with a new working board that I wont have any other issues.

So im looking for a slightly flaky motherboard to test the rest of the parts on. IE if it has speckles, spots, bad usb port, etc that will be fine. I just need it to test everything else before I dump a bunch of money into a new board. LMK
