when does IBM have websales??

Is there an usual timetable for IBM to have websales &promotions throughout a year?
Just reading a few posts regarding to purchasing a thinkpad, I think this info will be useful to everyone.

Dunno, but if you see an express model
for 35% off don't hesitate too long cause
the sale won't last more than a few days.

Bill's running one now (thinkpads.com). Looks like up to 25% on one T42 model.
