Battery question

When I start using NHC to monitor my T42, I found my "battery charge" is going down slowly from 100% to 96% with AC online. Who knows why? (wear level: 9%, capacity: 67540 mWh, Voltage: 12341 mV, mfg: Panasonic). Thx.

Might be the automatic battery charge threshold......
