If you had read the whole review and not just the pro's and con's you had read that the reviewer while using this laptop for an extended period at one time threw his x61s on the couch like he regularly did with his R60. Instead of staying close the x61s fully opened up it's screen. So with a loose screen he was refering to the fact that the hinges were less tight then on his R60...

Please take into account that the reviewer was using a pre-production X61s so there's no way of knowing if this is actually the case with production x61s's... unless someone who actually has one already can shed some light on it.

Regards

I have an X61 Tablet and the hinge is quite stiff. The screen does have a small amount of give or wobble, but opening or closing the notebook is definitely a two-handed operation.

I can imagine that there would be some major differences in tablet version ..
