THinkpad T41 Graphic driver problem !! HELP ...

Well it seems my grafic driver is coruped since when i launch some app it gives me blue screen i have an radeon 9000 32 mb card in my t41 i went to the ibm support page but its down ... do u know where else can i obtain this driver to reinstall it ?
