T40 / T41p , Access Connections, XP SP2, Wireless problem

Hi,

Just installed a clean WinXP w/SP2 on a T41p and also a T40 with newest wireless drivers and newest IBM Access Connections. When i want to look for wireless networks it will only show 2 networks. We have 3 wireless access points and we can see some other firms wireless access point and I have to turn off all but the one I want to connect the computer to and then connect to it and turn the other access points on again. What am i doing wrong?
