Thinkpad R60 display in Vista

#1 Post by rdais48 » Thu Oct 25, 2007 8:21 am

I purchased a Thinkpad R60 with Windows Vista Home Premium in May. It has 2 MB of memory and a 80 GB hard drive. All the updates have been installed as of last week.

I have been having the problem of letters not clearly displayed. When one hovers the mouse over the icons on the toolbar one has difficulty reading the letters.

When using Windows Explorer, it is difficult to read the letters on the folders.

Any suggestion would be appreciated?

Could you provide us with a picture? (don't forget picture line in topic title)

When you say "not clear", do you mean "too small"? Are you using native resolution? Have you tried changing dpi (in config center somewhere) to a higher value?

That would be a surprise for me.
"I've come a long, long way," she said, "and I will go as far,
