Startup Configuration

I just recently purchased my X61 Tablet from Lenovo and love it! However, everything and its brother loads during startup. Can anyone tell me what I need at startup and what I don't?

Totally up to you, use them all for a while, analyze what they do, get rid of those that don't appeal you afterwards.
