HD Cloning Question

Great resources here for instructions on how to clone an HDD to a larger drive (I'm going from 7K100 to 7K200, and will be using Acronis 10 and the Ultrabay HDD adapter).

For those of you that have cloned to a new HDD and who use itunes, did you see any adverse effect? As in confusion about how many machines were activated, failure to rebuild library, etc.? I'm wondering whether I shouldn't restore itunes by backup/restore.

I've obviously got a failsafe if something gets screwed up, as I won't format the old drive for backup purposes until I verify that the new one works, but I'm hoping to have some idea of what will happen going in.
