9-Cell Battery & Notebook Carrying Case

Hi,

I had originally planned to use a Dell Deluxe Leather bag (supports up to 15.4in notebooks) I had gotten free-of-charge from a friend for my newly-arrived T42p 2373KXU. However, the Thinkpad's 9-Cell battery makes the machine nearly impossible to comfortably fit into the bag. Has anyone run into any issues like this with any of the IBM bags (I have EPP discount so I would like to stick with IBM cases in general)? Any particular suggestions as to what bag would best fit the 2373KXU? Thanks in advance!
