Help with Hard Drive questions

Hi all... Someone gave me a what looks like a "server" tower and inside it has 4 Seagate Cheetah 73,73GB,10K-Ultra 160 SCSI hard drives...What can i do with this...I would like to have my own server, or use these hard drives for extra space for my datas and movies. I don't have the the $ now for a new 1T....I have no idea about servers..or how to connected it to my thinkpads...do i need additional OS to use? sorry for my ignorance...
It has a case, fan inside, connectors for all the 4 hard drives...
Can I just use these HD as is and buy a external enclosure for it? But i couldn't see anything on newegg for a Ultra 160 scsi....anyone with some info please help ..thanks all..
