Problem with Multitouch and Auto-rotate

Hi Guys,

my new x61t arrived this week and everything is fine except the multitouch function, the system recovery and the auto screen rotation.

My laptop is buyed as a multitouch tablet. but it does not react when i put a finger on the screen. and there are no options relating to the finger-thing. I updated everything with the integrated update tool but it still does not work.

The recovery tool says when i want to recover the system to the produtcion-default it is not available.

and the auto screen rotation does not work either.

need really help. The guys from lenovo hotline could not help me proper just said: update your system.
