IEEE 1394 on x60 tablet is it 400 or 800?

IEEE 1394 on x60 tablet is it 400 or 800?

Iam looking at an external hard enclosure ICY Dock...but one model has interface for Firewire 400 another firewire 800.
I have a x60T with IEEE 1394....is that 400 or 800 (1394b)?
Iam wonding if anyone used an Icy dock HD enclosure here?

They are Firewire 400 currently.
