WWAN & antenna for X61T

I own a X61 tablet (UU395MH) and would like to add WWAN to it, preferably internal. I noticed the SIM slot and I checked there is still a Mini PCI Express slot available. However, it seems the required antenna is not there. There are three antenna leads for the WiFi card.

What are my options for adding an antenna?

What is the best Mini PCI-e WWAN card for use in Europe?
