T30 LCD Problems

Just put a new lcd on my T30, when I first installed I thought it didn't work when first powered up but after about 1 min. it pops on and has been working fine. I flip it on last night and I get the same delay...Any ideas what is causing this problem? Thanks

Try booting on an external monitor to see if it gives the same delay.
