T61 freezes when I try changing displays with dual monitor.

Hi

My colleague has a new T61 (7665-CTO) with the Nvidia displaycard wich he docks in a dockingstation here at work. He has an extra moniter plugged into the dockingstation with a divx cable.
The problem is that when he tries to change displays either via Presentation Director or sometimes just through display properties,
the computer freezes. The funny thing is that it usually works when he changes displaysettings via Nview.
Another funny thing is that if I unplug the monitor off the dockinstation and plug it in directly to the computer with an analog cable, then the computer wont detect the monitor.
But if I undock the computer and plug the monitor to it with an analog cable, everything works perfectly and it doesn't freeze at all.

Anyone have an idea whats going on?
