T61P on Games with 4go RAM

Hi all,

Tackling with an issue with regards to games on T61P with FX570 256Ram, I came across a problem I cannot sort out.

Here is the story:

I installed Vista 64 to enable the 4go with 2 sticks of 2Go GSKILLS.
No pbl, it works but all sucks with games.
Whenever playing games such as fear or demo crysis, no way it reboots just after launch.

I know it is not because of heat since the problem is sorted out when removing one stick. With just one stick of memory I can play hours over.

I tried with different RAM sticks (samsung 2go, Hynix and Gskills)
No way, I need to remove one stick.

Changing nvidia with several forceware on laptop2video did nothing.

Does anyone know of how to sort out the problem if I want to keep 4go of ram.

Is there a way to disable dual channel on any way since it seems that memory is the cause to this issue.
