WTT My new SATA 60gb laptop hdd for your PATA

#1 Post by Kyosho » Mon Nov 12, 2007 3:56 pm

I was really stupid and bought the wrong kind of hard drive for my 600E. I know the difference between SATA and PATA, but I just didn't notice. I saw the great price on Newegg, and I bought it. Didn't realize until it got here and I opened the anti-static bag that I'd bought the wrong friggen thing. I don't believe newegg will allow me to exchange for another item, especially seeing as its been opened.

So, does anyone need a SATA hard drive? Haha. I need a PATA one. If you don't have a PATA drive but are interested in just buying the SATA, I'll consider it, but I'd really prefer a trade.

Edit: By the way, here's my ebay feedback again, to prove I'm trustworthy.

I'd be interested. What exactly do you have? I have a 60gb 5400rpm Fujistu 2.5" drive still sealed in the bag.
T60 2623-D7U, 3 GB Ram.
Dual boot XP and Linux Mint.

Sorry, I wasn't thinking. It's a Toshiba 5400rpm 2.5" SATA. Oh, and YGPM.
