compare thinkpad weight

#1 Post by Diehard » Wed Nov 14, 2007 2:19 am

I'm trying to gather information about the weight (in Kg) of some thinkpad model in order to buy. Correct me if I'm wrong.

X61 ---> 1.9 Kg ??? (from notebookcheck, I think it's 8 cell Bat.)
X61s ---> 1.7 Kg
X61t ---> 1.8 Kg

X60s ---> 1.31 Kg
X60 ---> 1.5 Kg
X60t ---> 1.5 Kg

Z61t (14') ---> 2 Kg
T61 (14') ---> 2.52 Kg

..................

Is it true that X61* is heavier than X60*?

I think the best choice is Z61t (1440x900). It's quite small, light, WS... It's also has Ultrabase. (1440x900) is much better than (1024x768)
T60 T2400 1,83GHz 1GBRam ATI X1300 (Sold)
Z61t (9443-AA4) T5600 1,83Ghz 1GBRam 1400x900
T61 (6458 4UU)--> Just bought!( Now Sold!)

You can find all above information in tabook and ltwbook.
"I've come a long, long way," she said, "and I will go as far,
With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."
The man who took her off her steed, and stood her to a beer,
Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.
