wow, i think the performance would be throttle down by using Vista here.

It is... I'm triple-booting Ubuntu, XP, and Vista. Vista is probably the slowest.

lol, if you have XP, then why keep that slug Vista on there? Do you use the DX10?

Dont worry about your iMac . Its a great computer. I have a 27" iMac and Im looking for my first thinkpad so I can run ubuntu. Take care

You should see my son's desk. He is also 14. He's got his laptop, a 20" LCD and next to it on a bureau his PS3, Wii, N64 and a 30" LCD TV. This kid has got some gear.

Your desk looks nice.
