T23 Internal Wireless

#1 Post by 69_rs_ss » Wed Nov 14, 2007 9:27 pm

I'm looking into switching out the internal wireless b card that is in a T23 that I just got. I want to upgrade to a b/g card and was wondering what the best card would be to swap it out. I want to dual boot Linux/Windows and was curious what card would fit the best.

Get an Atheros chipset mPCI card at AR5004x or below and then patch the EEPROM. Madwifi drivers can be used on Linux...nice.

Great. I know the atheros chipset is a pretty easy setup under linux so that will be good. Thanks for the advice.
