Looking for Thinkpad parts

I have T30 and T41. last week T30's HD went dead, the same happened to T41.

So, I need:
T30 - hard drive, screen cover, battery
T41 - hard drive, ac adapter, LCD screen, battery,SD card reader
(i need a bluetooth, do my T41 has it or not?)

T42 2373-JTU
T43 2668-46U
T61 7658-CTO
