R+R patch Version 1.3 fails to install

System Update 3.10.0007 stated "Installation Failed" for R+R Patch to optimize space allocation of backup, V 1.3. Any help would be appreciated.

The package should be downloaded somewhere in C:\Program Files\Lenovo\ . You can go there and install it manually too.

You can also try running ThinkVantage System Update at another time, usually lenovo server gets busy on weekends. The package you mentioned is a critical patch as well.
