update 'sane' for the laptop ?

Hi, i have a thindpad T60 WXpro for five months.
Last time updated the drivers, but some time after that encountered multiple episodes of BSoD on exiting windows, performed a memtest without problems, so i had to perofrm a factory recovery : now i'm hesitating updating the drivers . Do you have advice ?

Install one driver at a time. then reboot.

thanks, gone try that, ie installing drivers one by one. Indeed , before, i installed the whole package of drivers in one time,
