Low Volume while playing DVD's-CD's

#1 Post by wrlhamon » Sun Nov 25, 2007 3:40 pm

I have the Volume controls (PC, CyberLink PowerDVD 5) turn-up as far as they'll go and I can just barely hear Audio. T30 Model# 2366-41u...I have an DVD Rom installed. Tried External speakers.... Using External AMP. speakers didn't help either... Seems NOT to be any difference what-so-ever, whether Playing CD's or playing DVD's. Sure would like to get a little more volume outta this thing...Suggestion? Thanking in advance...Thanks

Have you tried maxing the volume out using the keyboard controls (Volume Keys)? Mixer controls in the taskbar? Tried later or earlier version of sound drivers?

The Up Volume control on the keyboard was turned down(I'll say about half way). That's 3 controls that can control the volume.... wonder if there can be anymore? HHHHaaaaa...... Thanks, NOW @ least I can watch a Movie with enough sound to enjoy it.....
