No Audio from External USB TV Tuners?

My T42 works fine with my external USB TV tuner, but my T61 will not play or record the audio portion.

Another thread here at this Forum talks about success in using Virtual Audio Cable software as a work-around, but I was wondering if anyone has taken this issue to Lenovo Tech Support yet.

If not, I will contact Lenovo later this week.
