T 42 with blue screen error

this is what i got lot of the time blue screen:

Invalid_work_queue_item

why i have a lot of time this error .

Which OS do you have installed?
If you have W2K I found this, which might help on the MSDN site.
T61p 6460-67G; 15,4 WSXGA+ W7P x64, no hairdryer.

The message you are getting suggests that a software or hardware isn't functioning properly, (yes I know stating the obvious).
smbysdh.sys doesn't seem to be a windows file. Have you searched your system for this file? If you do, you might be able to see which sw or hw the file belongs and then repair / uninstall / re-install the offending sw / hw.

called the lenovo today to triubleshoo the those error and they told me that the sysytem board is bad ... is it really the system board ?

They always say it's a bad motherboard. What that means in English is "I don't know what the hell is wrong, so it might be the motherboard". I assume you really mean smbusdh.sys (part of client security) There is a problem with that driver. Here is a description and the fix:
