FRU numbers on T4x motherboards

Hi all....

Is there any kind of listing that denotes the FRU numbers and hardware specs for each of the available T4x motherboards?

It seems to me that there are hundreds, and i don't know how to tell them apart.

Also what is the FRU number as opposed to the part number?

The site looks very informative, although confusing.

At least I can say I learnt something from it:

FRU=Field Replacement Unit and
CRU=Customer Replacement Unit.

Also I have just realise that the Fire Graphics are different from the ATI 9000 in that the Fire is 64MB and the 9000 is 32MB, i think?

Correct. You want minimun a 9600 anyways, since its DX9 hardware gpu. A FireGL will be best if you work with CAD / Modeling
