Vista Games and Contacts on Limited User

Hi,

I'm having a problem and have no clue what wrong. Here's the problem:

When running on any "User" account:
-Game Explorer won't run (Just flash for 10ms or so then shuts down w/ Permissions set to "Full Control")
-Microsoft Games such as Solitaire!! & FreeCell won't run
-Non Microsoft games work perfectly so far
-Windows Contacts won't work (Error Message: An unknown error occurs while performing the requested action on this Contact.)
-Probably more stuff doesn't work that I haven't found out yet
-All "Non Windows Apps" seems to work pretty well
-Discovered Game Explorer and Windows Contacts probably aren't real folders
-I do not have Nero installed

When running on any "Administrator" account:
-Everything above works!

System restore is useless since I have no clue when it started.

I have this feeling this might be a result of using System Update from Lenovo when I checked every single box on the "Recommended Update" but I'm not sure. It installed stuff like "KB929637 & KB937500" though KB929637 failed to install. Also a few months ago, every single password I had in Client Security Solution mysteriously disappeared for no reason. I stopped using that.
