X31 and Bluetooth, compact flash?

#1 Post by rhubarbcrumble » Wed Dec 05, 2007 5:12 pm

There are compact flash bluetooth cards available on t'internet, would any old CF bluetooth card work in the X31?

Is there a built in bluetooth already? Or some sort of internal card that can be fitted at the same time as the wifi?

The X31 uses an internal card for bluetooth
Look for BDMC200 (or BMDC200 I always forget) on eBay. I bought one for $8.

It's not worth it to have a giant BT adapter sticking out of your laptop when you can have an internal one for cheaper.

yes, the 9mm SSD fits in the X220

Hi,

I've taken a bluetooth module from this ebay store :
here

Price was good, and it's in UK ;)
I'm "working" for a compatible antenna... and maybe I've found something that can be used/adapted to be fit in the dummy plastic now near the hinge.
That one also in UK. I can give more details once I get the measures
