after X41 security update, login says "Please wait...&q

I recently installed the latest thinkpad security update. Before the update, when booting my laptop, it would go straight to the screen where I swipe my finger, and once I did that it would load windows. Now it goes to a message that says Welcome: Please wait....
Nothing happens from that point on. I need to hit control alt delete to get to the login screen where I can swipe my finger. Has anybody else had this problem? Any fixes?

Do you have any firewall enabled? even default Windows?

You didn't mention which version of Client Security Solution you upgraded to?

I have CSS 7.00.022.00

I have McAffee Security Center as my firewall.
