Which video driver for X60 on Vista?

I have just fresh install a copy of Vista on my X60 and was wondering which copy of video driver to use. I have identified 3 different copies:

1) From windows update
2) Lenovo website
3) Intel website

they are all different version no. Anyone care to share which is the one I should be using?

IMO It's best always to use the drivers from Lenovo, they've been tested by the engineers.
