T61 (Vista) won't stay asleep!

I don't know what the deal is, but when I close the lid of my T61 laptop with Vista, it goes asleep, but then proceeds to wake up automatically, and go to sleep again, every 5 or so minutes, while the lid is still closed. What would be the cause of this? If you need any more information about my computer please let me know and I will be glad to post it. Thanks for any help...
