BIOS 1.10 ISO defect?

I am running a x64 Vista on my X61, and I am trying to upgrade my bios to the 1.10 that came out in October.

So I am trying to use the ISO, as always, but I can't seem to boot from this version, as found on this link:

Have anyone else had any success upgrading to 1.10 using the bootable ISO??
