Two OEM system install - possible?

If one gets a downgrade from MS from Vista Business can it be installed as a second OS with dual boot? Anyone every did it.

Of course one can install Vista over XP but the Vista will not be OEM.. or is there a way around it?

The downgrade you would receive from lenovo would be in a form of Product Recovery disks and the 1st thing these disks are going to do is to wipe out your entire HDD.
