Removing Keyboard Keys 600x

#1 Post by PCWatchman » Mon Dec 17, 2007 11:56 pm

After dis-assembling/re-assembling my 600x for several upgrade projects, my keyboard went bad. It's in perfect cosmetic shape. I'll be getting a keyboard that is badly worn, but works perfectly. I need to take all the keys off the defective board and put them on the replacement board. In the past, I've broken keys removing just one or two. Can somebody tell me a fail-safe way to remove all the keys, minimizing chance of breaking anything? Thanks

Thanks, SAE140. That's what I was looking for- the proper method. I just pried them off in the past, but broke a good percentage of them. This info will save me the grief!
