FS: Thinkpad T23 for parts with plenty of extras

I'm selling a used T23 for parts. I have owned it for 5+ years. About a year ago it developed a memory problem and I haven't been able to use it since.

Specs:
1. Beep sequence of 1-3-3-1 on startup, probably a memory problem
2. Other than that, everything else works fine (screen, CPU, fan, keyboard, etc.)
3. Model 2647-8MU
4. Includes the basics. 512 MB of RAM (2x 256MB sticks), Mobile P-III (1.13 GHZ), 14.1" screen, ethernet, internal modem.
5. Extras include CDRW/DVD drive, 2 batteries (unknown condition), floppy drive (internal), docking station.
6. Does not include hard drive (but caddy and screws included) and AC adapter.

Honestly, I really don't know how much this would be worth. My gut tells me $100 plus shipping, but make me a reasonable offer and I will consider it.
