T40 battery discharge voltage

I notice that my battery's discharge voltage is greater than 12 volts (about 12.16), and that the design voltage is 10.8 volts.

I wonder if this is causing my crash problems. What is your discharge voltage?
Homebuilt PC: AMD Athlon XP (Barton) @ 1.47 GHz; nForce2 Ultra; 1GB RAM; 80GB HDD @ 7200RPM; ATI Radeon 9600; Integrated everything else!
