WTB: ThinkPad 15" XGA Screen

My sister-in-law (who has an X22) is looking for something a little faster with a bigger screen. We have a T42 with a 14.1" XGA screen we might part with, but since this is only for home use, we want to get her a 15" screen, depending on the price.

Anyone with ANY ThinkPad (T4x? R?... 390X?) with a 15" XGA screen you want to part with, please make your pitch via PM.

(Edited again... definitely want a 15" screen. Looking at all options.)
