Problem with T30 - BoD?

Hi!

A friend of mine just brought me a T30 2366-BU4. When you switch it on, the green light goes on, the fan runs but the screen stays blank whether on battery or ac adapter.

Now!

If you put DIMM into another memory slot or replace it with another module, T30 turns on normally (once, maybe twice)!

But!

If you run PC-Doctor diagnostic and run Memory Test, the comp crashes... with every memory module whether in Slot1 or Slot2.

any ideas?:)
