Incremental backup in Rapid restore ultra program

Hello
I have used the Rapid restore ultra program (RR). Today, when I started the Thinkpad, there was an windows, saying like "last backup did not complete. Do you want to start the backup?"I clicked the "YES". After then it took forever to complete the backup and took a lot of memory. Seem that it made another "BASE BACKUP" instead of incremental backup.. (Based on my knowledge, RR will backups the file that have changed since the previous backup.)

I found an article for IBM website,
Symptom:
IBM Rapid Restore Ultra will backup files that have changed since the previous backup. The backup could take a long time and take a large amount of disk space if:
1. Large applications or Service packs have been installed on the computer
2. Under Microsoft Windows 2000 only; after Day Light Savings adjustment

I have not installed anything since last backup..

I am curioud if anyone had same problem...
