WTB: T4x system with SXGA+ screen.(maybe an R system too)

I'm looking to buy a T4x system.
Things i like it to have...
- I would love to get a SXGA screen with it.
- cd-rw/dvd-rom
- at least 512 ram(one dimm)
- in good shape and good working order.

But i will look at systems with XGA screen and only 256 ram if the price is right.

Will also look at the R systems too.

I have a 512 meg PC-133 144pin ram dimm i could put with the deal.
I will have about $320.00~$330.00 to spend so shipping to Canada has to be included in that price.

Let me know if you have any system in that range for sale.
