I also have a Samsung 1GB Module 2Rx8 PC2 - 5300S - 555 - 12 - E3 for sale (came in my T60 in Feb06); $45 & I will USPS Priority mail it to you at my cost anywhere in 50 states & Puerto Rico.

If you want both the price is $75 and that includes the USPS Priority Mail.

I replaced the above with (2) 2GB of Crucial RAM (yes I know only 3GB is used but I wanted bragging rights with buddy with a Mac Book Pro).
