I'm selling a 1 GB RAM modul.

It's an original Lenovo RAM and it's out of my T61 (7664-18G).
I've bought my T61 in September 2007.

The module was made by Samsung (there is a label on it):
1 GB 2Rx8 PC2-5300S-555-12-E3
Made in China M470T2953EZ3-CE6 0731
The memory chips are SEC 731 ZCE6, K4T51083QE, CHF571D2C/CHF427B2C

On the other side there is the label:
*11841R0594ZVJ2G97872P3*
FRU 40Y8403 DIMM 2007-08-07

It's a SODIMM-DDR2-667-PC2 5300-CL5.

[Now I wrote the price with decimal point - like you use it in the US. The price in USD is around $27.83 - yes, it's a weak Dollar. Maybe shipping in Europe will be more interesting.]
