XP Reinstall

#1 Post by Shade » Sun Jan 06, 2008 11:58 am

I want to install XP on my laptop again, and use Ubuntu on my desktop instead since I am having major problems with the graphic card in my laptop..

So my problem is that when I boot on the XP CD it is unable to see my hard drive?
I know it has something to do with the file system Ubuntu formatted my hdd with when I installed it.. So.. How do I fix this as painless as possible, so I can install XP again

If you haven't tried already set the Sata BIOS setting to compatibility.
