I need a new motherboard for my Thinkpad X40 with an ULV processor. Anyone got one?

Have you tried ebay?

here is one with 1.4Ghz and 512 ram.

There's no point for me unless it has an ULV processor. Battery life is everything; performance is not very important at all.
(That's what my loony overclocked desktop machine is for.)

And you can use NHC to turn any cpu into a ULV..

Standard lowest speed ULV voltage is 0.812v

Almost any Dothan cpu can be set to 0.7v using NHC (the ones that can't get 0.712 or such).

So you can have your performance and your power saving.
